the 4th dimension has always been predicted as a penalty of the reflection of light but when i searched it for long – more description has not been found ……… how can it be possible to hav a dimension which is caused to exist due to a physical matter – LIGHT !!!

if we take a crystal cude


see its reflection

its not uniform

(ts our observation )

now joining the

give rise to the forth dimension

yup . there r diff reference

& we can only predict caz we r trapped in the 3 -d world & we cant experience dimensions superior to ud !!


SO, thinking like that there is no problem in arguing on multidimensions

5 or 6 or even more

If you say you have to create a theory which supports

The proposal for existence of a fourth dimension was made by mathematicians

And time was the physical quantity first accepted as the fourth dimension


ya who knows – it could even happen but before tat i need to study & understand a lot of concepts & i should start taking things with more observation

& need more investment ……

Refraction through Prism – A Question

A light ray falls perpendicular to one of the faces of a glass prism of angle 60 and refractive index 1.5,
a) the angle of emergence.
b) the angle of deviation.
The question implies that the angle of incidence is 0
The ray will enter without any deviation. Therefore, the angle of incidence at the second face inside the prism = 60 degree
(From A +90+ (90-r2)=180)
Since the critical angle for glass is less than this, the ray of light will undergo total internal reflection. So it reflects towards the base internally.

Answer: In the case of a thick plane mirror, reflection takes place at the two surfaces, (top and bottom surfaces) and images are formed due to both. The second surface is silvered and therefore the second image is the brightest. Further images are formed due to multiple reflections and due to absorption of light by medium the images become fainter.

If the front surface of the mirror is silvered, only one image will be formed.
