Questions from magnetism

Share with:

  1. I have a question about magnets and its answer is actually very important to me! let’s say we have two magnets. one of them is on the ground and it is holding the other one away from the floor due to the repel between their similar poles. I’m looking for a formula to find out how much force can the top one take and remain away from the ground.
and what is the approximate repel force between the available strong magnets?
  2. WHY CERTAIN OBJECTS ARE CALLED AS MAGNETS? WHY NOT ALL?
