Is the charges increase , such as mass increase , when tow protons keep out from together ?

When to protons keep away from together , due to masses and electrical charges effect , then their  masses increases , as the special relativity .Electrical charges also will increase, in the same way , due to the same reason . But ther are no necesary force field specially for  those non-mutual forces . What happens?
