The velocity of electron in ground state of hydrogen atom is 2.6 x 10^6 m/s.
Speed of light in vacuum is 2.99 x 10^8 m/s.
Ratio= (2.6 x 10^6)/(2.99 x 10^8)
= 0.869/10^2
= 8.69 x 10^(-3)
