Can a cyclist pedal during free fall? Cyclist's waist is tied to the seat.

An obvious assumption at the start of free fall cyclist is seated on the cycle.

Obviously he /she can pedal. There's nothing that can stop him from pedaling while free fall. Anything that involves weight will be affected surely but pedaling has nothing to do with pedaling.
