What is the difference between  reflection, scattering and diffraction…?

Answer:

 

Reflection is the bouncing back of light to the same media.

 

Scattering is irregular reflection, caused by a rough surface or the suspended particles.

 

Diffraction is the bending of light around an obstacle in its path.
