    60 J/min = 1 J/sec=1 kg m^2 s^3 (given system)
    for new system
    n=1*(1 kg/100 g )^1 (1 m/10 cm)^2 (1 sec /1min)^-3
    n=216*10^6 g cm^2 min^-3
